• Day 1 [-/-/-]: HAN arrive. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hanoi

  Hanoi

  Arrive at Noi Bai airport and transfer to Hanoi central. 

  Optional: Fast track service is NOT included in land services rate @ 55 USD / person. 

  Our airport representative will pick you up right at the Exit area on your arrival before getting you through the Fast line for Immigration.

  The airport support staff will help you with the luggage claim bag and bring you to our guide waiting for you outside via the priority line and heading to the hotel for check in. 

  Check in the hotel in Hanoi (early check-in is not included in the rate). 

  Free time at your leisure to explore around.

• Day 2 [B/-/-]: Hanoi sightseeing old quarter + Egg coffee workshop. Overnight in Hanoi

  Breakfast at your hotel. 

  Our guide and car will pick you up at the hotel and head to the Vietnamese coffee for a workshop. Feast your eyes on all kinds of different coffee beans and coffee making equipment. Sip the spectacular Vietnam specialty coffee. Learn from our coffee expert on the growing and roasting process. Make your own egg coffee, Ice milk coffee or coconut coffee. Enjoy your hand-made coffee with delicious pastry in a relaxing and classy venue.

  Lunch enroute at a local restaurant (at your own cost). 

  Transfer you back to your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter to take a short break. 

  Continue the trip to Hoan Kiem Lake to visit the Pen Tower then cross the Sunlight Bridge to Ngoc Son temple which is located on the Jade islet since the 19th century and is dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophers and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. 

  After that, we will go to the Old Quarter which is always considered a live city museum. The unique tube houses, small alleys, temples, open door markets and street vendor foods come together in a beautiful harmony. Get back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

• Day 3 [B/-/D]: Hanoi - Sapa . Batik indigo workshop. Overnight homestay in Sapa

  Breakfast at your hotel. Early check out the hotel. 

  Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa. Enjoy the stunning landscape on the way. 

  Lunch enroute at a local restaurant (at your own cost) 

  Arrive in Sapa town, where you meet our local Hmong guide, who takes you to Ta Van Mong village to do Hmong Batik, after your workshop class we drive to Sapa Farmstay. 

  Free time at your leisure to relax in the pool with a beautiful rice terrace surrounding. 

  Overnight in homestay Sapa

• Day 4 [B/L/D] : Sapa trekking. Overnight homestay in Sapa

  Sapa 

  Breakfast at your homestay. 

  Start your journey by approximately three more hours of easy trekking. Our route begins with a rewarding ascent up Tiger Mountain, where we’ll be immersed in the serene embrace of a picturesque forest. As we traverse this enchanting landscape, we’ll encounter several settlements inhabited by the hospitable Black Hmong community. 

  Continuing our expedition through the valley, we’ll eventually reach the captivating Thanh Kim village, nestled amidst the breathtaking scenery of rice paddies. Along the way, a meandering river will accompany our path, adding to the tranquility of the surroundings. To enhance our experience, we have thoughtfully prepared a delightful picnic lunch for you to savor amidst the mountains. 

  Our memorable tour concludes in Thanh Kim village, and from there, we will make arrangements for your comfortable transportation back to Sapa, ensuring a seamless journey home.

• Day 5 [B/-/-] : Sapa - Hanoi. Fly to Da Nang. Overnight in Hoi An

  Flight from Hanoi to Da Nang (flight is quoted separately) 

  Arrival in Da Nang. Our private vehicle and tour guide will meet you at the airport and transfer to Hoi An. Check in at Hoi An hotel. 

  Free time at your leisure to explore Hoi An nightlife.

  In the morning our tour guide and private vehicle will meet you at your hotel lobby to start your trip like a local in Vietnam by meeting your guide at a charming café. Savor the traditional Vietnamese iced coffee, Café Sữa Đá, while enjoying the authentic atmosphere. The exact café location will be provided upon booking. 

  Immerse yourself in vibrant Vietnamese village life at a bustling local market. Engage with sellers, explore fresh produce, and discover ingredients for your cooking class. Experience aromatic scents, flavors of Vietnamese herbs and spices, and learn to bargain for the freshest ingredients, embracing the lively market culture. 

  Next, we’ll embark on a short journey to Rêu’s Wharf by xe lam (a local vehicle) and take a boat ride along the river to reach Rêu, where your cooking class will take place. Enjoy the picturesque scenery and observe the everyday life of the locals as you make your way to Rêu. 

  Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing organic herb juice and soak in the breathtaking views as you explore the organic herb and vegetable gardens 

  Observe the local farmers employing age-old techniques, capturing timeless traditions. Experience farming or fishing, or indulge in a relaxing head and herbal foot massage. Then, it’s back to the enchanting cooking class setting. 

  During the ‘Spirit of Rêu’ cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare special local dishes and gain a deep understanding of Vietnamese cooking ingredients and flavors. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to sample local specialty dishes that you may not have tried before. Finally, sit down with your friends and savor a delightful lunch made by none other than yourself. 

  Back to the hometown to have a short walk around Hoi An old town through its small valleys and visit very well preserved old houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn the stories of the prosperous merchants who once lived in these homes, how they traded with buyers from around the world. Visit the Bridge Pagoda, the symbol of Hoi An, visit some of Hoi An famous handicraft shops and art galleries. Explore the small streets and local neighborhoods, to get a better sense of Hoi An endless mystery and charm.

  Head back to the hotel. 

  OPTIONAL TOUR: HOI AN MEMORY SHOW @ 30 USD / person In the late afternoon, our tour guide and our private vehicle will meet you again and transfer to Hoi An memory park, where you enjoy “Hoi An Memories” Show, an outdoor visual arts performance, and take a trip down memory lane. You’ll learn fascinating facts about the vibrant history, culture, and identity of Hoi An. It features five unique performances, including: The Life, which recalls Hoi An’s memories from the beginning of time; The Wedding, which recalls Hoi An during the Champa era; The Ships and Sea, which recalls the bustling port city of Hoi An in the 16th and 17th centuries; The Shore, which recalls Hoi An’s memories of multilateral cultural interference; and The Ao dai, which combines ancient “Hoi An’s Memories” with modern life.

  Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport. Our private vehicle and tour guide will take you to the hotel in Saigon for check-in (early check-in is not included in the rate).

  Take a break at the hotel before meeting our tour guide again. Hop on our motorbike to explore Vietnamese street food through its story. 

  We’ve handpicked a selection of our favorite street food gems – some of which have fascinating backstories while others are more straightforward, but they all have one thing in common – delicious food and drinks. 

  Begin your adventure with a drink at one of Saigon’s most elegant rooftop bars, where you’ll be captivated by breathtaking panoramic views of the city’s stunning skyline, then we will take you across Districts 1 and 4 – from our favorite Vietnamese seafood curry in the city to sweet soups in tucked-away alleys that you’ve unknowingly walked by a thousand times with a stop at a nhậu spot along a canal that’s home to some great snails and seafood.

• Day 8 [B/-/-] : Unravel Saigon tour with visit to Cho Lon. Overnight Saigon

  Our tour guide and private vehicle will meet you at your hotel lobby and start a full day to explore 

  Whether you’re a newcomer to Saigon or have been living here for a while, join us for an unforgettable day of discovery. 

  Our tour begins with two must-see landmarks, the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. Afterward, we’ll take a break at a hidden, war-era bunker in the heart of Saigon where you will sample authentic Vietnamese coffee. 

  After a delicious lunch (at your own expense) at a green, eco-friendly restaurant, we’ll head to Cho Lon to visit Binh Tay Market and the Thien Hau Pagoda. 

  To round out the day, we’ll take a leisurely stroll down the famous medicine street where you’ll find a variety of traditional remedies. Back to the hotel and free time at your leisure in the evening

• Day 9 [B/L/D] : Saigon - Cai Be/Vinh Long. Overnight homestay.

  Saigon – Cai Be – Vinh Long 

  Breakfast at your hotel. Early check out your hotel. 

  Our tour guide and private vehicle will meet you at your hotel lobby and start a getaway 2 days and 1 night in Mekong Delta. 

  Arrive at Cai Be pier, you will be picked up by our locals to get on board to start the day by a quick visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, we’ll come to Tân Phong island for biking / walking on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses… On the way, we can make some stops to see how they wave the dried water-hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes… 

  Then, the rowboat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. 

  Lunch can be served at the orchard. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest rivers in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. 

  Travel on Muong Lo handmade canal to check in at the homestay.

  Have a fresh shower before cooking some special dishes with the members of the local family. We’ll enjoy dinner and a peaceful night of rustic local life. 

  Overnight at homestay in Vinh Long.

• Day 10 [B/L/-] : Vinh Long - Saigon. Fly to home or further post tour

  Vinh Long – Saigon 

  Wake up and enjoy breakfast with a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Gap your luggage and get ready to be on board to explore the most popular brick factory here and the local life around by visiting some families, where they make the conical hats and rice noodles by themself. 

  Walk around the Vinh Long market, where you have a chance to see a typical local market in Vietnam. Enjoy lunch en route before getting back to the Tan Son Nhat airport. 

  Flight back to your home or further destination (at your own flight).
