Have you heard the news? Starting August 15, 2023, Vietnam is implementing a new electronic visa (e-visa) system for all nationalities.

Under this law, the e-visa validity period is extended to 90 days from 30 days. With this 90-day e-visa, foreigners can enter and exit Vietnam multiple times without having to apply for new visas.

For most overseas Vietnamese, this day marks the Fall of Saigon. No matter if today is a celebration or a mourning ceremony, it’s worth remembering. The past is there to learn from, not to live in.
